BOOKING TERMSSleeping accommodation comprises one main double bedroom with two double sofa beds within the open-plan living area:

Please do, as they contain information on standards, occupancy, booking, payment, arrival & departure, cancellation & insurance, smoking & pets, breakages, loss & damage, owner's liability, legal and privacy statements. Weeks run from Friday afternoon 3pm to Friday morning 11am. You may of course arrive or leave at any point between these times. If you would like a short break or rental of less than one week, please enquire with your dates for availability. Please ask if you are unsure of sleeping capacity or arrangements. Payment by credit or debit card, cheque, direct bank transfer or PayPal is accepted. A minimum of £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is only returnable in the case where a cancellation is more than one calendar month prior to the original entry date, and on condition that the period can be re-booked with another party. The balance is payable four weeks (at latest) before your entry date. Periods booked less than six weeks in advance are payable in full. Prices on display on this website at the time of your initial email or phone request will always be honoured.
DOGS MUST BE RESTRICTED from the entire lower bedroom and upper sofabeds, as well as from all other soft furnishings, as they are likely to leave smells, or hairs which can cause allergy problems for other guests. There is a large lobby and drying room downstairs which can accommodate dogs comfortably - please bring bedding for them. Failure to respect this request will result in an extra cleaning bill. Please confirm with the owner about other pets.
The property is heated by electric storage heaters, two of which also include convectors. Hot water is supplied by a timed electric immersion tank. There are fire alarms and extinguishers throughout. Please note there is no freezer for food. The property is no smoking, however there is an outside decked porch area with chairs and table. Please note that there is one short flight of steps up to the lower entrance, another flight to the upper entrance, and an internal staircase between the floors.
See some places to eat on Main Street. The Co-Op and Spar are the main grocery stores in Tobermory and are generally open 8am-10pm daily. Remember to book your ferry journeys if travelling via Oban.

Due to the proximity of steep rocks, walls and steps,
as well as low-level computer and TV equipment, the house is not
recommended for toddlers aged one to four years. If you do have
children of this (or indeed any) age, you are expected to take full responsibility
for them.
Your bicycle, canoe, surfboard or similar
item can be stored either in the lobby or outdoors, behind the house
on the decking.
The risk of theft is very low, but remember your own locks if you prefer
to secure your belongings outside.

parking is on Main Street, 15 metres (50 ft) away.
There are currently no designated or residential parking spaces
on Main Street, nor on the street anywhere in Tobermory, other than
a disabled
bay by the Post Office.
